We began in 1987 when Karin Larson opened a boutique-style, sandwich shop delivering high-end lunches in "silver sacs" to a loyal following throughout Boca Raton. Her first catering job was done as a favor to a friend – it was an intimate dinner for 14. The success of that little party resulted in a word-of-mouth, snowball effect that launched what is now Silver Sac Catering. Along with a very talented team of professionals, Karin established Silver Sac as the preeminent, go-to caterer of Palm Beach County and beyond, accommodating any functions of any size for private clients, philanthropic organizations, corporations and more.

Today, Silver Sac Catering is the culmination of our team's hard work, love of food and an obsessive devotion to fabulous entertaining.
